Join Pride Portland! for the raising of the rainbow, transgender, bisexual, and asexual pride flags on the roof in the front courtyard of the Equality Community Center building at 511 Congress St. in Portland. The flag rising commences the 10 days of pride in Portland. Community leaders will speak and the Flags will remain on display all week. ASL interpreted.
